Mr. Gee is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term strategy and operations of Gvest Capital. Mr. Gee is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

John grew up in Charlotte and graduated from The University of North Carolina Charlotte where he studied Finance. He is also a Vice President with MHPC.

Mr. Visconti is responsible for acquisition and transaction execution. Prior to joining Gvest Capital, Mr. Visconti was an acquisition associate for Parmenter Realty Partners underwriting office building acquisitions. Mr. Visconti began his professional career as an analyst for RaceTrac Petroleum a real estate firm focused on site selection and development of convenience stores. He received his BBA in Real Estate Finance from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia. Jonathan played collegiate golf for a National Championship team at Clayton State University.

Richard grew up in Charlotte and graduated from Southern Methodist University where he studied Economics and Political Science. He spent two years as a Policy Analyst in the Texas Senate before attending law school at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Ms. Rosenblatt is the Director of Land Development responsible for the day to day development of projects. Ms. Rosenblatt has 17 years of experience as an estimator, land acquisition, and developer. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Mr. Griffin is the Dual Building Engineer and Facility Manager for the VA CPAC Facility located in Smyrna, TN. He oversees the day to day operations of the facility while providing superior service to the tenants. Mr. Griffin has 15 years of experience in facilities management, HVAC installation/repair, remodeling and residential maintenance/construction. Steven graduated from RETS Technical College in Dayton, Ohio where he studied HVAC and Refrigeration systems. He received his HVAC Universal EPA Certification and Diploma in 2002.
